Launch At Dawn

Complete Guide to
AI Visibility Tracking

Everything you need to know about getting your brand discovered, recommended and cited by AI — explained feature by feature, tab by tab.

01

Why AI Visibility Matters

Over 100 million people ask AI for recommendations every day. When a buyer types “best marketing agency near me” into ChatGPT, the AI names a few brands and skips the rest. Unlike Google, there’s no page 2. You’re either in the answer or invisible.

Traditional SEO optimized for blue links. AI Answer Optimization (AEO) optimizes for the answer itself — structured data, clear citations, and the exact language AI uses to describe you.

Launch At Dawn shows you exactly where you stand — which prompts mention you, which don’t, who’s winning instead, and what to fix. Then the agent loop fixes it for you.

Tip

This guide covers every feature across all plans. Use the sidebar navigation to jump to any section. Each feature shows what it does, how to use it, and which plan includes it.

02

Getting Started

01

Create your account

Go to www.launchatdawn.com and click Start Free Scan. Sign up with email — no credit card required. The free plan gives you 1 site, 10 prompts, and weekly scans to test the waters.

After signing up, you land on your dashboard. It starts empty — that's normal. The next step is adding your business.

Tip

Use a work email if you plan to upgrade later. It makes team sharing easier.

02

Add your business

Enter your business name and website URL. Our AI classifier auto-detects your category (plumber, dentist, law firm, SaaS, etc.), suggests 10 buyer-intent prompts your customers actually type, and identifies your top competitors.

The classifier scrapes your site's title, meta description, H1 tags, and JSON-LD schema to understand what you do. It then generates natural questions like 'who's the best plumber in Vancouver?' — not generic keywords.

Tip

You can edit, add, or remove prompts anytime from the Prompts tab. The Smart Builder lets you type a topic and generates 5-10 natural buyer-intent questions.

03

Run your first scan

Hit Scan Now. Launch At Dawn asks your prompts to ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity, stores every answer verbatim, and runs AI analysis on each response. You'll see results in about 2 minutes.

Each prompt is asked to each model. For example, if you have 10 prompts and 3 models, that's 30 individual AI queries. Each response is stored word-for-word so you can see exactly what AI said about you.

Tip

Free plan scans weekly. Starter scans daily. Pro and Growth scan daily with priority. Agency gets real-time.

04

Understand your score

Your AI Visibility Score (0-100) measures how often AI recommends you across all prompts and models. Below it, a plain-English verdict explains what's helping and hurting.

The score is calculated from: mention rate (how often you're named), average position (where you appear in the list), sentiment (how positively AI describes you), and citation quality (how authoritative the sources are).

Tip

A score of 50+ is decent. 70+ is strong. 85+ means you're dominating your category. Track the trend, not just the number.

Overview Dashboard

The Overview tab is your command center. It gives you a complete snapshot in one screen.

Verdict

“You’re mentioned in 68% of AI responses but ranked behind Competitor A in 3 key prompts.”

Plain-English diagnosis — no jargon, no charts to decode. Written for business owners, not data scientists.

Root Cause

“Missing FAQ schema and review citations. Competitor has 3x more structured data.”

AI analyzes why rivals beat you — not just that they do. This becomes your action plan.

Key features

Entity Classification

free

Each prompt is classified as brand (mentions your name), category (generic search), or competitor (rival names). This tells you which prompts you own vs. need to win.

CHANGED Badge

free

When a prompt’s score shifts between scans, a CHANGED badge appears. Green = improvement. Red = decline. Drops of 5+ points trigger an alert.

Bulk Actions

starter

Select multiple prompts and run batch scans, export to CSV, or generate Fix Kits for all selected prompts at once. Saves hours on large prompt lists.

Smart Builder

free

Type a topic and it generates 5-10 natural buyer-intent questions. “HVAC repair” becomes “Who fixes furnaces in Vancouver?” — real questions, not keywords.

Tip

Start with 10 prompts on the free plan. Add more as you upgrade. The sweet spot is 20-30 prompts covering brand, category, and competitor terms.

05

Head-to-Head Competitor Analysis

The Head-to-Head tab shows exactly who wins each prompt and why. It compares your brand against every competitor AI mentions — side by side, prompt by prompt.

Example rival comparison

CompetitorShareWin Rate
Competitor A34%62%
Competitor B28%55%
You22%48%
Competitor C16%35%

Lost Deals

starter

For each prompt where a competitor wins, AI generates a one-sentence explanation: “Competitor A has 47 Google reviews and explicit pricing — your page has neither.”

Root-Cause Analysis

starter

Select a rival and AI analyzes why they beat you — missing schema, fewer citations, no reviews, weak copy. This becomes your Fix Kit priority list.

Win/Loss Timeline

pro

See how the competitive landscape shifts over time. Which rivals are gaining ground? Which are falling? Click any point to see the exact AI responses.

Comparison Drawer

starter

Click any rival to open a side-by-side comparison: your score vs theirs, your mentions vs theirs, your citations vs theirs. Everything in one view.

06

Sources & Citations

AI doesn’t make things up from thin air — it reads specific websites and cites them. The Sources tab shows which domains AI references when talking about your industry, and whether your site is one of them.

Example source ranking

DomainCitationsInfluence
competitor-a.com8High
yelp.com6High
clutch.co5Medium

Citation Gap Score

free

How many of AI’s top-cited sources mention competitors but not you. High gap = you’re missing from the conversations that matter.

Source Influence Ranking

free

Not all citations are equal. Yelp carries more weight than a random blog. This ranking tells you which sources to prioritize for outreach.

Outreach Pipeline

starter

A kanban board of sources to contact — claim your Clutch profile, update Yelp, pitch a guest post. Track progress per source.

Tip

The Citation Gap Score is one of the most actionable metrics. If your top 3 sources all cite competitors but not you, that’s your #1 priority fix.

08

Alerts & Notifications

Launch At Dawn monitors your scores between scans and fires alerts when something changes. You’ll know about score drops, new competitors, hallucinations, and milestones before you even log in.

Visibility dropped 8 points on ChatGPT — 'best marketing agency near me'2h ago
New competitor detected: 'Rival Co' appeared in 3 prompts1d ago
Milestone: 80% visibility on Gemini for the first time3d ago
Hallucination flagged: AI claimed you closed in 20235d ago

Alert Types

  • Score Drop — visibility fell >5 points
  • New Competitor — new brand in your category
  • Competitor Move — rival’s score jumped
  • Answer Flip — AI changed its recommendation
  • Hallucination — AI said something false about you
  • New Citation — new source referencing you
  • Milestone — you hit a score threshold

Notification Channels

starter
  • Email Digest — daily or weekly summary
  • Slack — connect workspace, get alerts in a channel

Tip

Set up Slack alerts for score drops of 5+ points. These are usually fixable within a week if you act fast.

09

Actions & Fix Kits

Every gap has a fix. The Actions tab turns analysis into action — Fix Kits generate ready-to-paste code, the AI Fix Assistant answers questions, and the 30-day roadmap prioritizes what to do first.

10

Agent Analytics & Repo Agent

The Agents tab shows which AI crawlers are reading your site, how often, and which pages they learn from. It also houses the Repo Agent — our GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket integration that opens pull requests with your fixes.

Crawler Heatmap

//services/about/blog/plans/contact

Crawler Heatmap

free

Visual grid showing which pages each AI crawler (GPTBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended) has visited. Red = never crawled. Green = recently crawled.

Block Warnings

free

If robots.txt or Cloudflare rules accidentally block AI crawlers, you’ll see a warning. One misconfigured rule can make you invisible to all AI.

Top Referral Landing Pages

starter

Which pages on your site get the most AI crawler traffic. If your homepage is the only page being read, AI doesn’t know about your services.

Integration Snippet

starter

A single <script> tag to add to your site. Enables referral tracking — see which AI platforms send visitors to your site.

Repo Agent

starter

Connect your GitHub, GitLab or Bitbucket repo — works with Next.js, React, Vite, Astro and any git-based site. When a Fix Kit is approved, the agent creates a branch, applies the changes (schema, meta tags, llms.txt), and opens a pull request. You can also route LD AI generated content pages into the same flow: select "Publish to Git (PR)" on a draft and the page lands in your repo as a reviewable pull request (markdown page + FAQ schema). You review and merge.

Automation treats a connected repo as its first step. On the Automation tab, if no repo is connected you’ll see connect steps first and the weekly cycle stays paused until one is set. Once connected, auto-prep continues to draft work for review each week, and each approved draft can be published to your repo as a clean pull request via "Publish to repo as PR" — a two-step preview + confirm, on a scratch branch, so your default branch is never touched and nothing is ever pushed automatically.

GitHubGitLabBitbucketWordPress
Tip

If your most important page shows red on the crawler heatmap, that’s why AI doesn’t mention it. Add the page to your sitemap and check robots.txt isn’t blocking GPTBot.

11

Chats & AI Conversations

The Chats tab stores every AI conversation verbatim — the exact prompts, the exact answers, and which brands were mentioned. It’s your evidence library.

What You’ll See

  • • Full prompt text and AI response
  • • Which model answered (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity)
  • • Brands mentioned and their positions
  • • Citations referenced by the AI
  • • Timestamp and scan batch
  • • Proof pack link for sharing with team

Actions

free
  • • Search — find any conversation by keyword
  • • Filter — by model, date, sentiment, or brand
  • • Surface filter — filter by Google AIO, ChatGPT, or Perplexity
  • • Export CSV — download raw data for analysis
  • • Export PDF — shareable report format
  • • Pin — save important conversations
  • • Comments — add notes to any scan response for your team
  • • Highlight brands — your brand in orange
Tip

Pin conversations where AI hallucinated about your business. These are evidence for support tickets and for Fix Kits that correct the narrative.

12

Insights & Reports

The Insights tab turns raw data into actionable intelligence. Five tools help you understand business impact, create board-ready reports, and plan content strategy.

ROI Calculator

starter

Score lifts

Step 1: Detect Gaps

Every scan analyzes your responses for missing schema, weak citations, competitor advantages, and hallucination risks. The AI identifies the highest-impact gaps first.

Step 2: Generate Fix

Fix Kits produce ready-to-paste artifacts: JSON-LD schema, FAQ sections, llms.txt, meta tags, and service page drafts. The LD AI content engine also generates full SEO pages (landing, article, FAQ, service, about) targeting prompts where AI doesn't mention you yet. Each artifact is tailored to your specific gap.

Step 3: Apply

For code repos: the agent creates a branch and opens a pull request — both fixes AND generated content pages (markdown + FAQ schema). The Automation tab needs a connected repo before it will run — until then it shows connect steps first. Each approved auto-prep draft can be published to your repo as a pull request with one explicit confirm. For WordPress: creates a draft page. For manual: copy-paste the snippet. Nothing goes live without your approval.

Step 4: Measure

Re-scan after fixes deploy. The trends chart shows the lift. You see exactly which fix moved the needle — and which didn&rsquo;t.

Human in control

The agent does the work. You approve. Nothing goes live without your review. This is the key difference between Launch At Dawn and every other tool — we don’t just tell you what to do, we do it for you. And you decide when it’s ready.

15

Plans & Pricing

17

Google AI Overview Tracking

Google AI Overviews (AIO) appear at the top of Google Search results when a user asks a question. They synthesize answers from multiple sources and display an AI-generated summary — often before any organic results. Tracking whether your brand appears in these overviews is critical for visibility.

What We Track

For each prompt, we detect whether a Google AI Overview exists, whether your brand is mentioned in it, what position you appear, and what source links are cited. This data feeds into your AIO Coverage KPI.

AIO Coverage KPI

A dedicated card on your Overview dashboard shows the percentage of prompts where Google AI Overview features your brand. Click it to jump to the Prompts tab and see exactly which prompts trigger AIO.

Surface Filter

On the Prompts tab, use the Surface filter to isolate Google AIO results. This lets you see visibility specifically within AI Overviews, separate from ChatGPT and Perplexity results.

Answer Drawer

AIO responses display with a blue border and a dedicated “Google AI Overview Answer” label. Source links cited in the overview are shown as clickable references below the answer.

Why AIO Matters

Google AI Overviews appear on an increasing number of search queries. If your brand is absent from these overviews, you lose visibility to the very first thing users see — even above traditional organic results. AIO tracking tells you exactly which prompts trigger an overview and whether you’re in it.

Tip

AIO data is available on Starter plans and above. The AIO engine uses SerpAPI to detect Google AI Overviews in real-time during each scan.

18

GA4 Traffic Integration

Connect your Google Analytics 4 property to see real traffic data alongside your AI visibility metrics. This bridges the gap between “AI recommends you” and “people actually visit your site.”

How to Connect

01

Get the service account email

Go to Settings → GA4 Integration in your dashboard. Copy the service account email address shown there.

02

Add as Viewer in GA4

In your Google Analytics admin, go to Property Access Management → Add Users. Paste the service account email and select the Viewer role. No other permissions needed.

03

Enter your Property ID

Back in Launch At Dawn, paste your GA4 Property ID (the number, not the name). Click Test Connection.

04

Data syncs automatically

We backfill 30 days of historical data on connect. After that, a daily cron job syncs new data at 07:00 UTC.

What You Get

Traffic Overview Card

On the Overview dashboard, see total sessions, AI referral sessions, engaged sessions, and conversions from the last 30 days — directly alongside your visibility KPIs.

Trends Overlay

The Trends panel overlays GA4 session data (blue) with AI-driven referrals (orange) on the same timeline. See how visibility changes correlate with actual traffic.

ROI Calculator Toggle

In the ROI Calculator, flip the &ldquo;Use GA4 data&rdquo; toggle to auto-fill inputs from your real traffic numbers instead of estimates. More accurate revenue projections.

Executive Report

The Executive Report includes a GA4 Traffic section with sessions, AI referrals, engaged sessions, conversions, and computed rates — board-ready data.

Fallback Banner

If GA4 is not connected, a blue banner on the Trends panel prompts you to connect. Once connected, the banner disappears and real data flows in.

Tip

GA4 integration requires the Starter plan or above. We only read data — we never modify your GA4 property. The service account email is unique to your Launch At Dawn account.

19

Team Seats & Viewer Role

Invite your team to collaborate on AI visibility. Agency plans include team seats with role-based access control — admins manage the workspace, members run scans and edit settings, and viewers get read-only access to dashboards.

Roles

Admin

Full access. Can invite/remove teammates, change roles, run scans, edit settings, and view all data. One admin per agency.

Member

Read-write access. Can run scans, edit prompts, view dashboards, and use Fix Kits. Cannot manage team or billing.

Viewer

Read-only access. Can view dashboards, trends, reports, and audit logs. Cannot run scans, edit settings, or modify data. Ideal for clients or stakeholders.

How to Invite

01

Go to Team Settings

From the sidebar, click Team. You'll see your current members, pending invites, and seat usage.

02

Enter email and select role

Type your teammate's email, choose Member, Admin, or Viewer from the dropdown, and click Invite.

03

They accept the invite

An email with a unique link is sent. Your teammate signs up (or logs in) and opens the link within 7 days. Their profile is automatically attached to your agency workspace.

Viewer Mode in Practice

When a Viewer logs in, they see a “read-only” badge in the sidebar. They can browse all dashboards, view trends, read reports, and check the audit log — but scan buttons are disabled and settings are inaccessible. This makes it safe to share dashboards with clients without risking accidental changes.

Tip

Agency plans include 5 seats by default. Need more? Upgrade to Agency Pro for 20 seats, or contact us for custom limits.

20

Multi-Run Averaging

LLM outputs are non-deterministic — the same prompt can produce different answers each time. Multi-run averaging runs each prompt multiple times per scan and averages the results, giving you more stable and reliable metrics.

The Problem

A single scan might show 60% visibility. Run it again 5 minutes later and it shows 72%. The difference isn't a real change — it's just LLM variance. This makes it hard to trust small changes.

The Solution

Run each prompt 2-5 times. Average the visibility, position, and sentiment scores. The result is a more stable baseline that smooths out variance and gives you confidence in the trend direction.

How to Enable

01

Go to Settings

From the business dashboard, open the Settings tab. Find the Multi-Run Averaging setting.

02

Select run count

Choose 2, 3, 4, or 5 runs per prompt. Default is 1 (single run). Higher counts take longer but produce more stable results.

03

Scan as usual

Hit Scan Now. The system runs each prompt N times, stores individual runs, and computes averaged metrics for your dashboard.

When to Use

Multi-run is especially useful when tracking small changes or comparing weeks. If your visibility moved from 65% to 68%, is that real or noise? With 3 runs, you can be confident. It's also valuable for high-stakes prompts where a single inaccurate response could skew your metrics.

Tip

Each additional run costs roughly the same as a single scan. On a Starter plan with 30 scans/day, running 3x uses 90 scan slots. Use multi-run selectively — for weekly deep-dives rather than every scan.

21

Audit Log & Comments

Track who did what and annotate scan responses with team comments. These features bring accountability and collaboration to your AI visibility workflow.

Audit Log

Every significant action is logged: scans run, settings changed, team members invited or removed, role changes, and more. The audit log shows:

Who

The email address of the person who performed the action.

What

The action type: scan.run, team.invite, role.change, etc.

When

Timestamp of the action, sorted newest first.

Details

Metadata like country code, overall score, or invite email — depends on the action type.

Team members and viewers can read the audit log. Only the service role (server-side) can write entries — users cannot tamper with the log.

Comments on Scan Responses

Any team member (Admin or Member) can leave a comment on a scan response. This is useful for:

  • • Flagging hallucinated content for follow-up
  • • Noting competitor moves for your team to investigate
  • • Adding context: “We updated this page last week”
  • • Tracking progress: “Fix Kit deployed, waiting for re-scan”

Who Can Comment

Admins and Members can add and delete their own comments. Viewers can read comments but cannot add new ones. Comments are tied to the scan response and persist across scans.

Tip

Use comments to create a running log of notable scan results. When reviewing the Executive Report, comments provide context that metrics alone can't convey.

LaunchAds — AI Ad Automation

LaunchAds is our second SaaS: an autonomous AI ad engine that writes your ad copy, generates images (and video), publishes campaigns straight to Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn, and then runs an AI budget optimizer that scales your winners and pauses your losers — without you touching the platform every day.

Generate

AI writes headline + primary text + description, generates images (Replicate FLUX) and, on Growth+, video. All from your brand kit and one ad brief.

Publish

One click pushes a draft campaign to your connected Meta / Google / TikTok / LinkedIn ad account via the platform connector. External campaign IDs are stored back.

Optimize

The optimizer watches CTR, spend, and ROAS. It extends budget to profitable ads (+20% up to $1,000/day) and pauses losers after $200 of spend with no conversions.

LaunchAds lives under /launchads in the app. It is a separate product with its own plans — it does not share limits with the AI Visibility platform.

LaunchAds: Connect a Platform & Create a Campaign

01

Set your brand kit

In Settings, add your brand name, website, colors, fonts and tone. Every AI creative is generated from this kit so output stays on-brand.

02

Connect a platform

Open Connections. Meta supports one-click OAuth (authorise, pick your ad account, done). Google, TikTok and LinkedIn use a long-lived token you paste from their API console. Each plan limits how many platforms you can connect.

03

Create a campaign

In Campaigns, give it a name, objective (traffic, leads, conversions…), daily budget and start/end dates. Pick your connected ad account.

04

Generate creative

In Creative Studio, write a short brief. AI generates the headline, primary text and description (free via Groq), plus an image. Growth+ can generate video. Tweak and re-roll until you like it.

05

Publish or draft

Save as a draft to refine later, or Publish & Run to push it live to the platform. The external campaign/ad IDs are stored so analytics can pull back performance.

Free-AI reality

Ad text is truly free (Groq). Images cost ~$0.003 each (Replicate FLUX). Video has no free API — it runs ~$0.10–$0.30 per clip on Growth+. Generation counts are metered per your plan.

30

LaunchAds: The Autonomous Budget Optimizer

Every night a cron pulls your campaign metrics from each platform into daily analytics snapshots, then runs the optimizer. Its logic is transparent and conservative:

Under 100 impressions

Keep testing — not enough data yet. No action.

0 conversions after ≥ $200 spend

Pause this ad (a clear loser).

CTR ≥ 1.5% and profitable

Scale budget +20%, capped at $1,000/day.

ROAS below 0.5x

Pause the ad — it's spending faster than it returns.

Every decision is written to the optimization action log with a reason, so you can audit why an ad was scaled or paused. You stay in control — the optimizer never authors new ad copy, it only reallocates budget between your existing ads.

31

LaunchAds: Plans & Billing

LaunchAds is priced on plans plus a small platform fee on managed ad spend. AI generation is capped per plan.

PlanPricePlatformsCampaignsAI GensSpend Fee
Starter$99/mo152005%
Growth ⭐$299/mo3201,0004% · + video
Agency$999/mo45005,0003%

Check out under /launchads/billing. Platform ad spend itself is charged to you directly by the platform; the fee covers the analytics + optimizer infrastructure.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is this different from Google Search Console?

GSC tells you how you rank in Google. Launch At Dawn tells you how you appear in AI answers — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini. These are different surfaces with different ranking factors. Most businesses need both.

Do I need to install anything on my website?

No. Launch At Dawn is a SaaS tool — you give us your URL and we do the rest. The optional tracking pixel is a single <script> tag for referral analytics, but it's not required for the core product.

Which AI models do you scan?

ChatGPT (GPT-4o), Gemini, and Perplexity by default. Growth and Agency plans add Claude and custom models. We're always adding more.

How accurate are the scores?

Scores are based on real AI responses — not estimates or proxies. We ask actual questions to actual AI models and analyze the verbatim answers. The score reflects how often AI recommends you across all tested prompts.

Can I track multiple locations?

Yes. Each location is a separate 'business' in the platform. Starter plans get 1 site, Pro gets 2, Growth gets 3, Agency gets unlimited. City-level prompts are generated automatically.

What's an llms.txt?

A standardized file (like robots.txt) that tells AI crawlers how to describe your business. It's placed at your-domain.com/llms.txt. Launch At Dawn generates it for you based on your actual data.

How does the repo agent work?

Connect your GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket repo. When a Fix Kit is approved, the agent creates a branch, applies changes, and opens a PR. You review and merge — just like any other PR.

Can I publish LD AI content to my Next.js or React site?

Yes. On any content draft, choose Publish to Git (PR). The page is added to your repo as a safe markdown file (plus FAQ schema) on a scratch branch and opened as a pull request. Merge it to go live — the default branch is never touched. For WordPress sites, choose Publish to WordPress to create a draft page you approve.

Does automation need a connected repo?

Yes. The Automation tab treats a connected repo as its first step. When no repo is connected, it shows connect steps first and the cycle stays paused — auto-prep won’t run yet. Once connected, approved drafts can be published to your repo as pull requests with a single explicit confirm (Publish to repo as PR), on a scratch branch. Nothing is ever pushed automatically.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All API keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM server-side. We never return secrets to the browser. Your scan data is stored in your Supabase project and never shared.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contracts, no fees. Your plan downgrades to Free at the end of your billing cycle. You keep all your data.

What happens when I run out of prompts?

Remove prompts you no longer need and add new ones. The limit is total active prompts per business, not a monthly cap.

How long does a scan take?

About 2 minutes for a full scan (10 prompts x 3 models). Free plan scans weekly. Starter and above scan daily. Growth and Agency get real-time scanning. Multi-run averaging multiplies this by the run count.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Export prompts, responses, and metrics as CSV or PDF from the Chats, Prompts, and Trends tabs. API access available on Pro and above.

What is Google AI Overview tracking?

Google AI Overviews are summaries shown at the top of Google Search results. Launch At Dawn detects whether your brand appears in these overviews, what position you hold, and which sources are cited. This data is shown as the AIO Coverage KPI on your dashboard.

How does GA4 integration work?

You connect your Google Analytics 4 property by adding our service account as a Viewer. We read sessions, engaged sessions, conversions, and AI-driven referrals. This data is displayed alongside visibility metrics in the Overview, Trends, ROI Calculator, and Executive Report.

What is the viewer role?

Viewers have read-only access to dashboards, trends, reports, and the audit log. They cannot run scans, edit settings, or modify data. This is ideal for sharing dashboards with clients or stakeholders without giving them write access.

What is multi-run averaging?

LLM outputs vary between runs. Multi-run averaging runs each prompt 2-5 times per scan and averages the results for more stable metrics. It's especially useful for tracking small changes and comparing trends week-over-week.

Can my team leave comments on scan results?

Yes. Admins and Members can add comments to any scan response — useful for flagging hallucinations, noting competitor moves, or tracking fix progress. Viewers can read comments but not add new ones.

Laudly — Testimonial Collector

Laudly is our social-proof product: a UGC testimonial collector that turns customer good words into a ratings wall, an embeddable widget and schema markup that Google and AI engines read. The brand is ours, the infrastructure ships inside the Launch At Dawn platform (single business record, single cloud project), and the storefront lives at /testimonials.

Collect

Every business gets an unguessable collect link /t/[token]. Customers submit text or video from their phone — no account needed.

Moderate

Submissions queue as pending. Approve, hide or delete, and pin the ones you love as featured. Consent is captured on every submission.

Display

Approved items appear on the gallery wall and through the one-line embed script — plus Review/Testimonial schema for richer search results.

Use it on any page you want social proof on: pricing, services, case studies — or a client’s site, since agencies can manage walls per business. The collect flow is:

01

Grab your collect link

Each business in the platform has a token. Share /t/[token] in a follow-up email, invoice, or QR on a receipt.

02

Customers submit in seconds

Name, role, rating 1–5, and free-form text — or a short video. Consent checkbox required. No login.

03

Approve in the moderation queue

Status flips pending → approved (or hidden). Mark genuinely great ones as featured to anchor the wall.

04

Embed the wall

Drop the script tag https://www.launchatdawn.com/embed/script/p.js on your site, or point to the hosted wall at /wall.

Plans (storefront gate = waitlist)

Free $0 (3 approved, powered-by badge, no embed) · Starter $19/mo (25, embed + schema) · Pro $59/mo (100, video, remove badge, LLM clean-up) · Agency $149/mo (unlimited, white-label). Billing is not live yet — capture interest on the waitlist form at /testimonials#waitlist, then wire Stripe per plan.
